Treesury funded its own orchards this way first.

We did not start as a technology company looking for assets. We started with an asset: hazelnut orchards that needed long-term capital from many investors, in many countries, with ownership that could be recorded and managed properly for decades.

Doing that meant solving every problem an asset owner faces: which vehicle issues the security, which rules decide who may hold it, how the terms work over a long life, how investors register, verify, sign and pay, and how the register, distributions and reporting run after launch. The answers became the Asset Tokenization platform.

Treesury d.o.o. has since run two offerings approved by the Securities Commission of the Republic of Serbia on that platform, its own offerings under its own approvals, shown to illustrate capability, not as an offer.
