No vehicle
Nobody settled what investors are buying or which entity issues it. Without a structure, there is no offering. Structure & jurisdiction
How it works
You offer small shares of your project or business to investors who believe in it, online, under a regulated offering. You run it on the Asset Tokenization platform: your own investor portal, your console, the rules built into the security, payments and reporting. Our team sets it up with you and supports you afterwards. You keep running your business.

You have a project or a plan to grow: a new orchard, a building, a production line, an energy project. Instead of relying only on a bank loan, your business offers investors a small share in it. That share can be a slice of the profits or revenue, a stake in the company, or a loan with set terms, depending on how the deal is set up.
The shares are recorded as a digital security in an investor register, with the rules built in: who may invest, from where and within what limits. The platform checks every transfer against those rules automatically. Investors register, verify their identity, sign and pay in your investor portal on your own website, and your team runs the register, payments and reports from your console.
Your business stays the issuer, the company that makes the offer. It is still a regulated offering: it needs a proper structure, approved documents, identity checks and regular reporting to investors, and it takes weeks, not days. Money comes in only if investors choose to invest. The platform handles the running; our team helps with the hard parts of setup.
Why projects fail
Nobody settled what investors are buying or which entity issues it. Without a structure, there is no offering. Structure & jurisdiction
Investor rules bolted on after issue mean every change forces a re-issue and every investor is onboarded again. On the platform, the rules engine is configured before the first investor signs up. Investor rules
A security nobody can buy is a failed offering, however good the asset. Distribution & ongoing management
Every business runs on the same platform. The feasibility review shows how much expert setup around it your project needs. Some owners arrive with counsel and a structure in place; others start from the asset alone.
| Turnkey | Pick what you need | |
|---|---|---|
| Who it suits | Owners starting from the asset, with no structure yet | Owners who already have parts in place, such as counsel, a vehicle or a distribution partner |
| What you get | The platform plus all seven setup and support services, coordinated by one team | The platform plus only the services the review shows you need |
| Who coordinates | We coordinate counsel, providers and partners throughout | We fit around the advisers you already have |
| How it is scoped | One engagement, quoted after the feasibility review | Per service, quoted after the feasibility review |
Third-party costs such as counsel, audit, custody and KYC are paid by you directly to the provider and are not marked up. How we work together.
For one offering in a jurisdiction we know. Regulatory review time is not included, because it depends on the regulator.
Our team looks at your project, how the deal could be set up, likely investors and the numbers. You get a written Go, Conditional Go or No-Go.

Your investor portal and console are configured on the platform with your rules, terms and brand, then tested with sample investors.

The offering opens under your documents and investors sign up in your portal. You run it from the console: the platform handles payments, register changes and reports.

Asset Tokenization is a technology and advisory provider. It is not the issuer, broker, exchange, custodian or investment adviser for client offerings. The ~12-week plan is typical for one offering in a known jurisdiction and excludes regulatory review time.
Tell us about your project in five short steps. Within a week you'll know whether it fits, what's missing and how quickly your investor portal could go live.
