Engagement
You run your offering on the platform. We help set it up and keep it running.
Raising money from investors does not end at launch. Your business raises the money on the platform, then pays and reports to investors for years, and may raise again. Expert setup and support come with onboarding or are added as you need them, outside costs stay visible, and we quote once the feasibility review shows what your project needs.
- Starts with
- 1-week feasibility review
- Quote
- After the review, in writing
- Third-party costs
- Paid directly, not marked up

Three phases
- 01
Raise
Onboarding onto the platform: your portal and console configured with your structure, investor rules and financial terms, plus distribution and, if you want it, capital introduction. This is where most of the setup work sits. For one offering in a known jurisdiction it typically takes around 12 weeks to a live offering, excluding regulatory review.
- 02
Hold
Once the raise closes, you keep running the offering on the platform: payments to investors, register changes, reports, corporate actions and compliance checks. Our support drops to a reduced level and steps in where you need it.
- 03
Follow-on offerings
A new round is set up in the same console. It reuses the vehicle, the investor rules and the investor base already in your register. The work is what has changed, not a rebuild.
What a follow-on looks like on the platform
Your second offering starts from what is already live: your portal, your investor register and the rules built into the security. Existing investors log in to the same portal, already verified, and see the new offering next to their holdings.
What changes is set up in the console: the new terms, any new eligibility rules, the new documents. The platform already runs live regulated offerings this way. See the track record.

What the platform and our team provide, and what you pay to others directly
Some work must be done by independent, licensed or regulated firms. You engage them directly, and their costs pass to you without any mark-up from us.

Capital introduction is scoped per mandate. Trading venues and broker-dealers are independent regulated firms with their own terms.
How we scope and quote
- 01
Request a feasibility review
Tell us about the asset through the request form. We confirm whether it is a fit for a review.
- 02
The review
Our team works through the asset, structure options, investor rules, numbers and buyers.
- 03
Written scope
With a Go or Conditional Go, you receive a written scope: which services you need, which you can skip, which third parties are involved, and the plan.
- 04
Written quote
The quote follows the scope. It covers the raise and the hold phase separately, so you can see both before you commit.
Why we do not publish prices
Every engagement is scoped to the asset. A single orchard with counsel already appointed is a different job from a multi-country fund starting from nothing. A published figure would be wrong for almost everyone, so we quote after the feasibility review, in writing, once we both know what the setup and support involve.
Questions we get
Do we have to take all seven services?
No. The platform is the core. The expert services around it are included in onboarding or added as you need them, and the feasibility review tells you which ones your project actually requires.
Can we end the engagement after the raise?
The engagement terms, including the hold phase and any handover, are set out in the written scope before you commit.
Do you take a share of the capital raised?
Our terms are set out in the written quote after the feasibility review. We do not act as broker or placement agent, and we do not sell your securities.
Who do we contract with for legal work?
With qualified counsel directly. We coordinate them, but their advice and their fees are between you and them.
Asset Tokenization is a technology and advisory provider only. Legal, audit, custody and identity-verification services are provided by independent firms engaged by your business.
Ready to raise money on your own platform?
Tell us about your project in five short steps. Within a week you'll know whether it fits, what's missing and how quickly your investor portal could go live.
