Service 01

Know in one week whether your project can launch on the platform.

Before anything is configured, the team looks hard at your project, your business and the investors you want to reach. You get a written Go, Conditional Go or No-Go, the reasons behind it, and a first view of how your offering would be set up on the Asset Tokenization platform.

Why we start here

Most failed tokenizations were visible in week one

Projects rarely fail on technology. They fail because there is no proper vehicle to hold the asset, because the investor rules were added after issue and every change forces a re-issue, or because nobody was ever lined up to buy. All three can be spotted before you spend serious money.

The feasibility review is where we look for them. It is short on purpose. One week is enough to tell a sound project from one that needs work, and it keeps the decision in your hands before any larger commitment.

The questions the review answers

Each answer becomes a setting on the platform later, so the review doubles as the onboarding brief.

Is the asset ready to be owned by many people?

Clear title, reliable records and cash flows or value that can be explained to an outside investor. We check what exists and what is missing.

What vehicle and jurisdiction make sense?

A first view on the company or fund that would issue the security and where it should sit. Counsel confirms this later in Structure & jurisdiction.

Who may invest, and from where?

Retail, professional or both, which countries, and any limits. These become the investor rules built into the security.

Do the numbers hold up?

A first read of the capital you need, the terms you have in mind and whether the cash flows support them under a downside case.

Who will actually buy?

Your existing network, the investor profile the asset suits, and whether trading venues or allocators are realistic. A project with no buyers gets a No-Go, however good the asset.

What you receive

  • A written verdict: Go, Conditional Go or No-Go
  • The reasons for the verdict, in plain language
  • For a Conditional Go, the specific conditions and who would need to act on each
  • A first view of vehicle, instrument and jurisdiction options for counsel to test
  • A first sketch of the investor rules: who, from where, what limits
  • The main risks we see and the evidence behind each
  • A proposed scope for the next steps, with the services you need and the ones you can skip
  • A walkthrough call with the team to go through the findings

What we need from you

Send what you have. Gaps are part of the finding, not a reason to wait.

  • A short description of the asset and how it makes or holds its value
  • Ownership documents and the current corporate structure
  • Recent financial statements or management accounts, if the asset has a trading history
  • Any forecasts, valuations or technical reports you already hold
  • How much capital you want to raise and what it is for
  • Who you think the investors are and which countries they are in
  • Existing lenders, shareholders or agreements that could limit a new issue
  • One decision-maker who can answer questions during the week

How the week runs

  1. 01

    Kick-off call

You walk us through the asset and your goals. We agree the documents list and who we speak to.

  2. 02

    Document review

The team reads what you sent and tests it against the questions above: vehicle, rules, numbers, buyers.

  3. 03

    Team working session

Structuring, compliance, financial and platform people sit together on your case. This is why the review is team-led: no single person sees all the failure points.

  4. 04

    Written verdict and walkthrough

    End of week 1

You receive the written review and we take you through it on a call. If the answer is Go or Conditional Go, we scope and quote the next steps.

The review is the start of your platform onboarding

A Go or Conditional Go comes with a first sketch of your set-up: the offering in your console, the rules in the rules engine and the payment terms for distributions. The platform already runs live regulated offerings. See the track record.

How it connects to the rest of the work

The review is the first step of onboarding. Its findings become the brief for Structure & jurisdiction, Investor rules and Financial design, which set up the offering, the rules engine and the distribution waterfall on the platform. You can take the full setup or only the parts you need. See how it fits together.

Questions we get

What does a Conditional Go mean in practice?

The asset can work, but only if specific things change first. Typical examples are a title issue to clear, a vehicle to set up, or a raise size that needs to come down. We list each condition and who would need to act on it.

Do you ever say No-Go?

Yes. If there is no realistic buyer, no workable vehicle or the numbers do not survive a downside case, we say so in writing. A clear No-Go in week one is cheaper than a failed offering in month six.

Is the review legal advice?

No. It is a commercial and structural assessment. Where it touches law or regulation, it is a view for qualified local counsel to confirm, not a legal opinion.

What does it cost?

The review is scoped per engagement. Tell us about the asset through the request form and we will come back with terms.

Who does the review?

The Asset Tokenization team. Structuring, compliance, financial design and platform people all work on it, because each sees different failure points.

We are a small business and have never done this. Is the review for us?

Yes. Most businesses we speak to have only used bank loans or family money. You do not need to know anything about tokenization, just your project and how much money it needs.

The feasibility review is not legal, tax or investment advice. Asset Tokenization provides technology and advisory services only.

Ready to raise money on your own platform?

Tell us about your project in five short steps. Within a week you'll know whether it fits, what's missing and how quickly your investor portal could go live.
