Keep the investor register
Who holds what, since when, verified by whom. Every change is recorded, so the register can be shown to an auditor or regulator.
Service 05
The Asset Tokenization platform gives your investors a portal on your own domain, where they register, verify their identity, sign, pay and see what they own. Your team gets a console for the investor register, payments and reporting. This service is the setup: we brand it, configure your offering, connect your providers and train your team.

The investor portal carries your brand and sits on your domain. We configure each step during setup.
The investor creates an account with their basic details.
Identity and anti-money-laundering checks run through your KYC/AML provider, inside the portal. Only verified investors can go further.
The investor reads the offering documents and signs the subscription electronically.
The investor pays by the methods your structure and counsel allow. The platform matches the payment to the subscription.
The investor sees what they hold, past and scheduled payments, and every document you publish: reports, notices, statements.
Who holds what, since when, verified by whom. Every change is recorded, so the register can be shown to an auditor or regulator.
Calculate what each investor is owed under the terms, approve it and pay it. The waterfall from Financial design is configured here.
See transfers that passed or were refused under your investor rules, and handle exceptions such as recoveries.
Publish reports and notices to all investors at once, and export the register and payment history for your accountants.
Each investor's holding is a digital security recorded on a shared public network, not only in a private database. That is what lets the rules travel with the security: whoever tries to transfer it, the same checks run.
The platform uses ERC-3643, the security-token standard that checks the rules on every transfer, on the Polygon network. The code that defines the security is the unmodified T-REX reference suite for ERC-3643, independently audited by Hacken in 2023. Industry-wide, more than $32B of real-world assets had been tokenized on ERC-3643 by 2025. More on the standard.
The product page walks through the portal, the console, the rules engine, payments and distributions, reporting and follow-on offerings. The platform already runs live regulated offerings. See the track record.
Setup uses the outputs of Investor rules and Financial design. After launch, the platform becomes your working tool, and Distribution & ongoing management supports you in running it: payments, register changes and follow-on offerings.
No. They use a normal web portal on your domain. Holdings, payments and documents are shown in plain terms.
Yes. The console is built for a business without an IT department: one or two named people approve payments and notices, and we help run the routine until you are comfortable.
No. We provide the technology. Payments move through the arrangements set up in your structure, and custody, where needed, sits with a licensed institutional custodian.
Yes, if your structure, rules and terms are already settled. We check they fit before we configure anything.
Your security and investor register belong to you. Because we use a public standard and the unmodified reference code, the security is not tied to proprietary code of ours. We agree the handover terms in the engagement.
Asset Tokenization provides technology and advisory services only. The issuer remains responsible for its offering and its compliance obligations.
