Our role

Asset Tokenization is a technology and advisory provider. We provide feasibility reviews, structuring coordination, investor rules design, financial design, an investor platform, ongoing management support and capital introduction to asset owners who issue their own securities.

For clients, Asset Tokenization is not the issuer, offeror, broker, investment firm, placement agent, exchange, custodian or investment adviser. The client is the issuer. Legal advice, offering documents and regulatory filings are provided by qualified counsel engaged by the client. Regulated activities, such as dealing, placing, custody and operating a trading venue, are carried out by the issuer or by licensed partners. Where we make introductions, the introduced party acts under its own licences and responsibility.

Licence scope

Treesury d.o.o., Belgrade, Serbia, holds approvals from the Securities Commission of the Republic of Serbia for its own offerings: STO1 under decision 9/2-101-1900/13-24 of 6 September 2024, and STO2 under decision 9/2-101-2288/5-25. These approvals cover Treesury's own offerings only.

They do not authorise Asset Tokenization or Treesury d.o.o. to issue, offer, distribute or advise on securities for any other person, and they do not extend to any client offering. Asset Tokenization does not hold a licence as an investment firm, broker, custodian or trading venue in any jurisdiction. [Counsel to confirm the licence position of each Asset Tokenization entity.]

Track record

References to STO1 and STO2 describe offerings issued by Treesury d.o.o. under its own approvals. They are shown to illustrate the team's capability in structuring, issuing and running regulated offerings. They are not an offer, a recommendation or an indication of how any client offering will perform. Figures shown are actual and verified facts about those offerings, such as approval dates, tokens issued, amounts raised and investor numbers. We do not publish projections or performance figures for these offerings on this site.

STO2 is offered by Treesury d.o.o. on its own offering site, hazelnut.treesury.com, which is governed by its own terms and its approved whitepaper.

No offer

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, digital token or other financial instrument in any jurisdiction. Nothing on this site is investment, tax or accounting advice or a recommendation to take any action. Any offering is made only by its issuer, through its own offering documents, and only where lawful.

Not legal advice

Summaries of laws, regulations and regulatory practice on this site, including on the jurisdiction pages, are general descriptions of public frameworks. They are not legal advice, may be incomplete and may not reflect recent changes. Every structure is confirmed and executed by qualified local counsel. You should obtain your own legal advice before acting on anything described here.

Forward-looking statements

Some statements on this site describe plans, typical timelines or expected ways of working, for example a typical plan of around 12 weeks from first call to live offering, excluding regulatory review time. These are forward-looking statements. They depend on factors outside our control, including regulators, counsel, third-party providers and the asset itself, and actual outcomes may differ. We do not undertake to update them.

Third-party links and names

This site links to sites operated by others, including the offering site of Treesury d.o.o. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms. Names of regulators, standards, auditors, backers and media are used to describe facts. Their mention does not mean they endorse Asset Tokenization or any offering. Industry-wide figures are labelled as such and relate to the market as a whole, not to our work.
