Service 06
An offering nobody can reach is the third common reason projects fail. We introduce your business to regulated trading venues and broker-dealers and coordinate custody separately from your operating funds. After launch you run the offering through the platform's distributions and investor register, and we support the routine: payments, register changes, investor notices and follow-on rounds.

The third reason projects fail
A well-structured security that no one can reach is still a failed offering. Distribution has to be planned alongside the structure, because a trading venue or broker-dealer will want to know the instrument, the investor rules and the jurisdiction before they talk to you.
We plan it early and make the introductions. The venues and broker-dealers are regulated firms, and your relationship with them is direct. Asset Tokenization is not a broker, an exchange or a placement agent.

Introductions to licensed broker-dealers who can reach investors you cannot reach yourself, under their own licences.
Investor assets held with a licensed institutional custodian, kept separate from your operating funds. We coordinate the set-up; the custodian is engaged by you.
After launch the work changes. This is the routine your team runs in the platform, with our support.
| Task | What happens |
|---|---|
| Distributions | Payments calculated from the terms, approved by you, paid to every investor on the register |
| Register changes | New holders, transfers, recoveries and inheritances recorded and checked against the rules |
| Corporate actions | Notices, votes, redemptions and changes to terms, handled with counsel where required |
| Compliance checks | Ongoing checks that holders still meet the investor rules, with your KYC/AML provider |
| Transfers | Secondary transfers between verified investors, checked on every transfer |
| Follow-on rounds | New offerings on the same vehicle and platform, without rebuilding from scratch |
When you raise again, you do not start over. A follow-on offering reuses the vehicle, the investor rules, your portal and your register. Existing investors can take part from the account they already have.
The platform already runs live regulated offerings, including a follow-on round on the same infrastructure. See the track record.

Distribution depends on the structure and investor rules being settled, and ongoing management runs through the platform. If you also want help building demand among investors and allocators, that is Capital introduction. After the raise, support continues at a reduced engagement. See how the phases work.
We make introductions to regulated trading venues. Whether a venue admits your security is their decision under their own rules.
No. Custody sits with a licensed institutional custodian, kept separate from your operating funds.
A lighter, regular routine: payments, register changes, reports and compliance checks. It continues for the life of the offering at a reduced engagement.
Yes. The issuer console is built for your team. You can start with our help and take more of the routine in-house over time.
Much like keeping good books for a lender: regular payments under the terms, reports and notices to investors, and keeping the register up to date. We set up the routine so it fits alongside your day-to-day work.
Asset Tokenization provides technology and advisory services only and does not act as broker, exchange, custodian or placement agent. Trading venues, broker-dealers and custodians are independent regulated firms engaged by the issuer.
