Service 07

Put your project in front of the right investors, with a story that holds up.

A sound offering does not find investors on its own. We help you plan who to reach, tell your project's story with evidence, build interest that leads to your investor portal, and make introductions to investors and venue partners. The offer itself is made by your business, as issuer, or by licensed partners, and investors decide for themselves.

What capital introduction is, and what it is not

Capital introduction means preparing you to meet investors and connecting you with the ones likely to be interested. We plan who to approach, shape the story, run the demand-building work and make introductions.

It does not mean we raise capital for you or sell your securities. Asset Tokenization is not a broker, placement agent or investment adviser. Any offer to investors is made by the issuer, or by a licensed firm, under the offering documents counsel prepared.

Four parts of the work

Go-to-market plan

Which investor groups fit the asset and the rules, in which countries, through which channels, in what order.

Investor story

Why the asset exists, how it creates value and what the risks are, told plainly and backed by evidence tiers. Reviewed by counsel before use, then published in your portal.

Demand generation

The content, events and outreach that bring interested investors to sign up in your portal, within what your framework allows.

Introductions

Introductions to allocators and venue partners whose mandate fits your asset. The relationship is then yours.

What you receive

  • A written go-to-market plan with target investor groups and channels
  • An investor story and supporting materials, for counsel review
  • A demand-generation plan and the materials to run it
  • A list of allocators and venue partners that fit, with the reasons
  • Introductions to those that agree to meet
  • A regular view of interest and sign-ups from your console, shared with your team

What we need from you

  • Approved or near-final offering documents
  • Access to the people who run the asset, for interviews and site visits
  • Photographs, data and reports we can use, with permission
  • Your existing investor and partner network
  • Time from your leadership for investor meetings

From interest to sign-up, in your own portal

Everything the demand work produces points to one place: your branded investor portal, where people register, verify their identity and read the documents. You see sign-ups in your console as they happen.

Before and after this step

Capital introduction builds on Financial design, because the story has to match the terms, and on Distribution, because investors need a route to buy. Interested investors sign up through your portal on the platform. It is scoped per mandate, and you can add it to onboarding or later as you need it. Start with a feasibility review.

Questions we get

Will you raise the money for us?

No. We prepare you, build demand and make introductions. The offer is made by you as issuer or by licensed partners, and investors decide for themselves.

Can you promise a certain amount will be raised?

No one can honestly promise that. We tell you in the feasibility review whether we see realistic demand, and we report on interest as the work goes on.

Who are the allocators you introduce?

Allocators and venue partners whose mandate fits your asset class, size and jurisdiction. We name them in the plan once we understand your project.

Can we use our own marketing team?

Yes. We can work alongside your own team, providing the plan, the story and the introductions while they run the day-to-day.

We are a small business. Who would invest?

Often the people who already know you: customers, suppliers, your local community and people abroad with ties to your region, alongside outside investors. The plan starts with that network and builds from there.

Asset Tokenization provides capital introduction as a technology and advisory provider only. It does not raise capital, sell securities or give investment advice.
