Tokenization as a service
One platform to raise the money, and to run the offering for years afterwards.
Your own investor website, on your own web address. Rules for who may invest, built into the security itself. Payments, payouts, documents and reports in one console. We set it up with you, and your team runs it day to day.
Example data for illustration only.
What's in the platform
Everything an offering needs, from first sign-up to the tenth year of payouts.
You don't need to understand the technology underneath. Each part of the platform does one job, and they work together.
Investor portal
Your branded site where investors sign up, invest and see what they own.
Issuer console
Run the offering, the investor register and approvals from one place.
Rules engine
Who may invest, from where and how much, checked on every transfer.
Identity checks
Investors verify who they are through your chosen identity provider.
Documents and e-signing
Offering documents, subscription agreements and statements, signed online.
Payments and distributions
Money in when investors subscribe, and their share paid out on schedule.
Reporting
Updates, annual reports and statements every investor can find in one place.
Team roles
Give colleagues, your accountant or your lawyer the access they need, and no more.
Investor portal
Your brand, your domain, your investors.
Investors see your business, not ours. They register, verify their identity, read the documents, sign and pay, all in a few minutes on any device. Afterwards they log in to see their holding, reports and payouts.
- On your own web address, with your logo and colours
- Sign-up, identity check, e-signing and payment in one flow
- A personal page for every investor: holdings, documents, payouts
Your console
See your whole offering at a glance.
Follow commitments as they come in, approve new investors, answer transfer requests and keep the investor register up to date. No spreadsheets, no manual reconciling of who owns what.
- Live view of commitments, payments and investors
- One investor register, always current
- A second raise on the same setup, without starting again.
Investor rules engine and identity checks
Your rules, enforced on every single transfer.
Decide who may invest: which countries, which types of investor, how many and how much each. The rules are built into the digital security itself, so a transfer that breaks them simply doesn't go through. Identity checks run through the provider you choose.
- Country, investor-type, holding and number limits
- Rules can be changed later without starting over
- Lost access? Holdings can be restored to the verified investor
Payments, distributions and reporting
Pay every investor their share, on time, from one screen.
When it's time to pay out, the platform takes a snapshot of who owns what, works out each investor's share under your terms and prepares the payments and statements. Reports and updates land in every investor's portal.
- Investor payments through your own payment and bank accounts
- Payouts calculated from the register on a set date
- Statements, updates and annual reports for every investor
Security and standards
Built on the standard made for regulated securities.
Under the hood, your digital securities use ERC-3643, the security-token standard that ties every holder to a verified identity. You never have to touch it.
That is also why this is not a cryptocurrency. Every holder is a verified person, and a transfer that breaks your rules does not go through.
Independently audited code: The code that enforces your rules is the unmodified T-REX reference suite, independently audited by Hacken in 2023.

Verified holders only
Only investors who have passed identity checks can hold or receive your securities.
Controls for the business
Pause transfers, carry out legally required transfers and restore access for investors who lose theirs.
Roles and permissions
Each person on your team sees and does only what their role allows.

Getting started
Set up with expert help. Run by you.
You don't configure a regulated offering alone. Our team sets the platform up around your deal, then stays on hand while you run it.
- 1Week 1-2
Feasibility review
We check your project and tell you in writing if it fits and what it needs.
- 2Weeks 3–6
Deal and rules set up
Structure, investor rules and payout terms are designed with you and loaded into the platform.
- 3Weeks 7–12
Your portal goes live
Your branded portal is configured, tested and connected to your identity and payment providers.
- 4Ongoing
You run it, we support
Your team runs the offering from the console. We help with distributions, reporting and follow-on rounds.
Typical plan for one offering in a jurisdiction we already know. Regulatory review time is extra. See all services
Already running live regulated offerings.
The platform is in live today, not a pilot.
Questions about the platform
Do I need technical staff to run it?
No. Your team works in the console like any business software. We set up the technical side and support you afterwards.
Can investors see our brand instead of yours?
Yes. The investor portal runs on your own web address with your logo and colours.
Can we use our own identity-check and payment providers?
The platform connects to your own accounts with identity-check and payment providers. We help you choose and set them up if you don't have them yet.
What if an investor loses access to their account?
Because every holding is tied to a verified identity, it can be restored to the right person after the proper checks.
Can we run more than one offering?
Yes. Follow-on offerings reuse your portal, investor register and rules, so they are faster to launch than the first.
What does it cost?
It depends on the offering and how much setup support you need. We quote after the feasibility review. See how we work together.
